Q: Where are your products made?
A: All of our products are designed and Made in the U.S.A. Furthermore, we are always looking for new ways to refine our production supply chain methods. This includes finding new manufacturing philosophies, locations, and partnerships that align with our values.
Q: How does the custom design process work?
A: Thank you for expressing interest in our custom designed work. We collaborate with our customers to create designs from inception to production. However, we can work to enhance a design or idea our customer already has in mind. Once the design is set, we will work to have it proofed and ready for orders.
Q: How much does the custom design process cost?
A: That depends. The more complex the design(s), the location of the design or multiple designs, may increase the cost of production. A private link will be provided to the design with pricing before the project will be finalized.
Q: What is the average domestic ship time?
A: Usually 7-10 business days depending on your geographical location and when your order was placed. Our products are made to order, or "Cut to Sew" and therefore, may increase shipping times. Orders after 12PM EST are processed the next business day. Domestic orders include our friends and family in Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands. *Please note this is absent any unforeseeable shipping, customs, and/or other delays not generally known at time of order or in transportation with carrier. Dead Reckoning makes no promises that an order will arrive in the time frames mentioned above.
Q: Do you ship internationally? What is the average ship time?
A: Yes we do! Usually 10-14 business days depending on geographical location. Sometimes an item may arrive within 7 business days, other times as long as 21 total days, depending on customs. Currently, we are unable to ship to South Africa. Outlying U.S. territories classify as international shipping which include American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau. *Please note this is absent any unforeseeable shipping, customs, and/or other delays not generally known at time of order or in transportation with carrier. Q: What shipping provider do you use?
A: Most Domestic and International orders are shipped through United States Postal Service(USPS).* Some orders may have the option to choose alternative shipping providers, methods, and times through UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Dead Reckoning Apparel reserves the right to use any shipping provider necessary through flat rate to deliver your order without notice.
Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: We offer flat rate domestic shipping for $8 USD and flat rate international shipping for $13 USD. *Some orders may have the option to choose alternative shipping providers, methods, and times through UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Q: Do I have to pay Taxes & Shipping?
A: Yes and No, respectively. Yes the cost shipping is required. We allow the end user to determine and choose additional shipping options based on their location as described above, unless standard shipping is applied. Sometimes other classes of shipping will not be available based on location, as provided by our shipping partners. As for Taxes, currently if you live in Texas you will need to pay sales tax at the legal tender of 8.25% on any purchase.
Q: Do you offer any discounts for bulk purchases?
A: Yes and No. Yes- we offer discounts with our wholesale program to corporate, state, local, and federal departments regarding contract procurement. However, we do not offer discounts for purchasing an individual number through our online store. The advantage of us offering custom orders as pay-per purchase provides the consumer of a discount already incorporated into the custom pricing, as opposed to doing "runs" or "group" purchases.
Q: Do you offer any type of discount?

Q: Where do I send returns to?
A: Please contact us prior to a return, so we can provide an accurate return address for you.
Q: How do I join the Adventure Program?
A: Great question! The Adventure Program is designed to give a limited selection of our customers the unique opportunity to represent our brand and help develop future products. Please see our Adventure Program link at the bottom of the home page with more information.
Q: Does Dead Reckoning have a brick and mortar location?
A: Currently, we only sell through our online store as it helps keep overhead costs and production costs to a minimum. In turn, this provides the consumer with a more cost efficient product, while helping to decrease environmental warehousing effects. However, we are in the process of finding a way to allow consumers to purchase in person while we improve on our supply chain methods and creating more jobs.
Q: Will you be carrying more products and collections?
A: Yes! We are slowly expanding our inventory to include more products. We have many designs and collections that are in queue waiting to be put into production. We understand a limited inventory can be frustrating for a consumer. As a small business we spend many hours and resources on the back end to provide our loyal customers with the products that they want. Sometimes, they aren't available on our site immediately, as we work to bring them to you.
